Isochronous is an epic progressive synth-rock band formed in late 2006. The music is inspired by (among many others) the bands Mew, Muse, Jeff Buckley, Deftones, The Mars Volta, and composers like Rachmaninov, Hans Zimmer and Victor Wooten. The music is dynamic, innovative, progressive, and very much open to experimentation - always pushing the rhythmical and melodic boundaries within music. With this diverse mix of influences, the group succeeds in creating a majestic musical journey, leading the audience through a gallery of sound.
