CrashCarBurn is an Alternative Rock band from South Africa. The band was formed by brothers Garth and Brendan Barnes (ex members of the band Tweak) in London in 2005 before returning to South Africa in early 2007.

“Imagine you’ve been living your life without a care in the world, happily going about your ways with little concern for the people around you. Then, one day, youre involved in a massive car crash. Who knows how, but you manage to drag yourself from the flames. Its a miracle you survived! Either you pick yourself up and simply carry on the same way you did before, or you realise that you might not be here tomorrow, and start making some changes towards becoming a better person. This band has been that car wreck for us. We hope it will be for others too.”
